Who we are
Nexudo is a software and design studio operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms govern your use of this website (nexudo.tech), the free tools on it, and, unless a written agreement says otherwise, the services we provide. By using the site you accept these terms.
Use of the website
The content of this site is provided for information. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, bypass its rate limits, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.
Free tools
Free tools on this site, including the email breach checker, are provided as-is, for information only, and without any guarantee of completeness. The breach checker queries the Have I Been Pwned service and only reports what that service knows. Use it only for email addresses you own or are authorized to check.
Quotes and engagements
Prices shown on this site are starting points. Every engagement is defined by a written quote that fixes the scope, the price, and the timeline; work begins once that quote is agreed. Changes to scope are quoted separately before we do them.
Security testing and authorization
For security checkup or penetration testing engagements, you confirm that you own, or are authorized by the owner of, every system, account, and piece of infrastructure covered by the engagement, including where that infrastructure is hosted or managed by a third party. Before testing begins, we agree the exact scope in writing through a signed Authorization to Test. We do not use denial-of-service techniques, do not access, copy, or alter data beyond what is needed to confirm a finding, and will pause testing and contact you immediately if we find a vulnerability that puts live data or users at risk. Testing outside the scope named in the signed Authorization to Test is never covered by an engagement.
Payment
Payment terms are stated in the quote or invoice for each engagement. Amounts are in UAE dirhams unless the quote says otherwise. No VAT is currently charged on our fees.
If we have not yet begun design or development work on your project, you may cancel and receive a full refund of any amount paid, less any payment processing fees already incurred. Once we have begun design or development work, fees already paid are not refundable. This refund policy covers one-time project fees; care plan subscriptions are governed by the cancellation terms published on the care plans page.
Intellectual property
The Nexudo name, logo, and the content of this site belong to Nexudo. For client work, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to you on full payment; we keep the right to use our general know-how, tools, and open-source components, and to name the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Third-party platforms
Work that involves third-party platforms, such as Shopify, Apple, or Google, is also subject to those platforms' own terms and fees, which are separate from our quote and outside our control.
Liability
We provide our services with professional care and skill. To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data caused by matters outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that we cannot settle amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
